Senior Advisor, Network and Contracting

Jane’s long and storied career in healthcare began at Henry Ford Health over 30 years ago. Jane demonstrates a huge amount of grit and grace and exhibits vast institutional knowledge and capitalizes on her ability to sort through highly matrixed operational environments. 

For the past five years Jane has guided operations for the Henry Ford Physician Network (HFPN) she helped to expand the HFPN not only in its number of providers, but also in lives covered through direct-to-employer contracts – most recently including two Henry Ford Health employee Self-funded healthcare plans, which are modeled after the highly successful General Motors ConnectedCare plan. The focus is on providing high-quality, value-based care to healthcare colleagues.  Taking care of those who take care of everyone else.

Prior to her return to HFH and taking on the role with the HFPN, Jane was a consultant with Evolent Health out of Arlington VA, where she led the Physician Alignment team supporting ACOs and provider organizations across the country.  While at HFH Jane led several teams in her roles as Neurosurgery Group Practice Administrator and Administrative Director for the Center for Cancer Surgery. Jane’s shining star achievement was founding, implementing and then directing the Referring Physician Office, which is designed to prioritize provider directed patient referrals for timely access to care.

Throughout her career,  Jane has continuously and successfully helped teams develop strong and trusted relationships with Physician Organization and Health Systems as well as the hundreds of independent providers.
